I was not happy with our visit with Dr. Weber. He is not my child's regular doctor but was the only one available for a sick visit. He does not listen, nor provide adequate answers. He recorded incorrect information regarding my son's current symptoms, and did not administer the tests needed to identify the problem. This led to a second visit to the practice with a sick child; I am very unhappy with the subpar service and will not agree to see Dr. Weber again. Frankly, he doesn't seem interested in helping or providing care to children.

I was not happy with my infant's office visit with Dr. Weber. Felt a true lack of bedside manner. Instead of discussing options with me, he just went a head and did a procedure without asking me if I was comfortable with it, or without giving me adequate time to ask questions. I was planning on switching practices, but luckily the practice switched to Norton and a new doctor joined the team.
