Dr. William Tung, MD

Serious language barrier. After seeing him for over 10 years, he just washed his hands of me. now I don't know what to do except find a MUCH BETTER neurologist. I have more than one serious ailment that HAS to be over seen by a neurologist!I left the office in tears, and I still cannot believe he just decided I need ANOTHER neurologist, I am still upset and that happened a few weeks ago,Be careful!!! I would NEVER suggest that any of my friends or family see DR. TUNG

He was very rude and would not listen to all of my symptoms or look at past doctor's tests (we moved here from the west coast). He saw that I was on meds for depression and anxiety and told me that my symptoms were all in my head. He only decided to order tests after I pleaded with him.

I had a traumatic brain injury 2 1/2 years ago. Went to see Dr. Tung due to ongoing problems, such as bad sleep, numbness in leg, and impulsive thoughts. I took 7 CDs containing previous test results. He didn't look at any of them. I told him sleep was a problem. He also asked me if I had tried gabapentin. I told him yes, but that it had no effect. Later in the appointment he asked me how I slept. He wrote a prescription for gabapentin. He ordered several tests, though he never looked at the ones I brought him. He also stated that after six months most nerve problems heal. In short, I don't feel he was attentive to my needs, and attempted to fit me into some sort of mold. Brain injury requires long term healing, but he seemed to discount that.

Dr Tung is great all staff has been extremely friend and helpful, especially the backroom staff. Except for the person at the front desk. Why would an office put someone in that position who is four, not helpful and borders on rude. Honestly, it's enough for me to switch Doctors offices. At 68 I'm tired of paying someone who is disrespectful, sullen and grudgingly answer my queztions.i guess to answer my question. Without her it would have been 5 stars.

I was a patient of this doctor for the past 4 years. I was nothing but a number to this Dr. I was rushed, barely able to address my concerns. My condition was uncontrolled. Not monitored!!!! The staff was not personable. Every patient needs a Physician that cares about more than collecting cash and writing prescriptions.
