Dr. William Tsao, MD

This was my first appointment. The staff was friendly and pleasant. They got me in quickly and I only waited a couple minutes for the dr. He was easy to understand as he explained everything he was going to do and although I wasn’t sure what to expect, he seemed thorough. I will definitely go back.

Great Visit. Incredibly thorough. Physical exam was complete and encompassed everything possible. Scheduled lab tests were created and explained. Possible diagnosis was explained and a future plan put together. Bedside manner was exceptional. Highly recommend Dr. Tsao

I was diagnosed earlier this year with Guilliane-Barre syndrome. by Dr. Tsao at GBMC after being misdiagnosed at another hospital. My primary doctor told me to get another opinion as I was getting worse and was totally afraid. She told me to go directly to GBMC. There Dr. Tsao came into my room and started a series of examinations and told me his diagnosis and then told me I had come to the right place and he would take care of me, which he has for these many months since then. Dr. Tsao has been a God send to me and I will be eternally grateful for being there for me at a very critical time in my life. He is simply the Best!!!

I was recommended to Dr. Tsao because of pain, numbness, and frequent muscle spasms on the left side of my neck, down my left arm, and in my left hand. With the utmost thoroughness and with extensive testing, Dr. Tsao determined that I have a very rare auto-immune disorder. His accurate diagnosis and resulting medicated treatment is expected to prevent further lesions from forming and afford me the opportunity for a long life. During each office visit, phone call, and email exchange, Dr. Tsao has been extremely patient, understanding, and informative. He actively listens and clearly explains all matters which has greatly increased my understanding of the disorder and relieved my anxiety. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Tsao is the type of doctor who takes the time to listen to everything. I never feel rushed out the door, or like any symptom is overlooked. He clearly cares about my comfort and has continued to work with me until we found the right treatment for me.

I was very disappointed . His bed side manner was rude. Made me feel as if i was wasting his time . Every time my answer didn't agree with him I was told my brain was telling me to do it . If i asked a question he told me to go home and google it. Would not recommend
