My mother is delighted with him but the scheduling system has to change. Having seniors come in at 6am to 8 just to sign in then wait hours is not good. During the Coronavirus crisis they gave us appt at 7:30am and left us in the front entrance with 22 more patients whom some would not maintain distance nor has masks. And on top of that they arrive late. No respect for patients safety nor time.

Dr. Townsend has been an outstanding specialist. He and his wonderful staff, have a positive attitude, and treat patients with dignity, care and professionalism. He and his staff successfully treated my retinal problem that had been misdiagnosed by other "leading" specialists for 5 years. After only a couple visits my vision has made significant progress.
