I love Dr. Tom!! Have had 3 extractions and every time satisfied. Explains after care well and is gentle as possible. Wonderful humor. Great staff, never rude or impatient. Feel welcome each time. Have recommended to others.

For serious problems Dr. Tom is great.
In both of my visits he has been great. I found him to be very skilled and the work he has done has been excellent (despite my mouth having some real problems). I actually enjoyed meeting him and found him to be a very good and direct communicator both before and after procedures. I felt that he was willing to spend whatever time was required discussing my options and was both honest and clear about the choices and potential outcomes. I'm baffled that there are any negative reviews. He is not my normal dentist doing cleanings and filling cavities and focuses on more serious dental needs like extractions, bone grafts and implants. If a patient is seeing Dr. Tom it is because they have serious problems. I am seeing him again in a few weeks. I do agree there are long wait times between appointments but that has been the norm for me with any doctor or dentist for quite some time.

DR. TOM WAS IMPATIENT WITH MY ALLERGIES, EVEN GOING SO FAR AS TO SAY I MIGHT CONSIDER CANCELING MY SURGERY. AFTER THE SURGERY THE PHARMACY HAD ME LISTED AS ALLERGIC TO IBUPROFEN. WHEN MY HUSBAND RETURNED TO GET ANOTHER PRESCRIPTION DR. TOM TOLD MY HUSBAND HE HATED ME AND PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE JUST KILLED ME WHILE I WAS UNDER ANESTHESIA. I JUST WANT SOMEONE TO KNOW THAT I NO LONGER FEEL SAFE RETURNING FOR POST OPERATIVE CARE

Highly recommend Dr Tom. Besides his friendly professionalism, Dr Tom is quick and painless if you are considering a tooth extraction. He is clear and thorough in explaining your particular situation, which lends itself to patient relaxation and trust. I never thought I would actually look forward to having a tooth pulled. Without exception, Dr Tom would be my first and last choice if seeking an oral surgeon. Thank you Dr Tom and your great staff. -Bruce Ebinger
