Worst Customer Service
Called and asked a question when I was interrupted with 'Talk with the nurse'....left on hold for 20 mins and then hung up on. Called again and asking my question was hung up again. Called a third time and the 'out of office ' voicemail played. I will never go again to this provider.

Far from thorough
Went for a skin check, have had them done elsewhere before and they start at scalp and go to toes. This guy looked at my lower arms and lower back, then said you have a lot of moles. He spent a minute asking about my recent MOHS surgery and was gone. I said I have a long history of having to have spots removed and had one mole in particular I needed checked, he’s already half out the door. Even the assistant looked kind of surprised. So I had to go back to my PCP for another referral to a good doctor. Don’t waste your time with this boy, go to a real doctor. Then his office calls, emails saying I owe more money. I paid my copay and they require a cc on file, talked to insurance, I don’t owe any more money. Too late they already charged the card. For what? Took over 2 weeks to get them to refund. Guy’s not qualified and office is unscrupulous.

Great Doctor
Dr. Tausend is extensive. He found a place on my face and did a biopsy. It was cancer. He explained that he could remove it, but since it was on my face and would leave a scar, he sent me to someone he felt was the best. I had the procedure and there is no cancer and no scar!! I love this doctor and his staff!! They are the best. For me, the only drawback is that he is an avid Texas A&M fan. (Roll Tide)
