Worst experience with a doctors office ever.
Performed a vasectomy on my husband and even just making (and them actually keeping) the appointment was a nightmare. My husband has had an infection from the surgery and each time we tell them something is very wrong, they say “no it’s not an infection” and tell him to wear supportive underwear and “avoid aspirin and coffee”. At this point the infection has moved to another part of his body and they still refuse to see him, despite that it was their office who performed the procedure. Even getting an appointment is an absolute nightmare and they really don’t care about their patients. I would go literally anywhere but here.
