There aren't words of gratitude enough to say about my experience with Dr. Stefani. I arrived in his office a mess with 3 failed reconstruction surgeries after breast cancer... he didn't give up I now look like I did when I was 35 I won't tell you my age but I couldn't be happier. Jackie

Dr. Stefani isn't a good plastic surgeon for women diagnosed with breast cancer. Very poor bedside manner, doesnt care to hear your questions or your thoughts about your health, makes unkind faces at you, pokes at your belly in reference to removing fat, is negative, debates your diagnosis, no compassion or understanding about your health, did not want to explain implant procedure and arrogant. I do not recommend this plastic surgeon for breast reconstruction for breast cancer patients.

Dr. William Stefani, Renaissance Plastic Surgery, Troy, MI, breast augmentation. Post augmentation, my right breast was about 1" higher than the left breast. My right breast was hanging off the implant, not positioned correctly. He wanted to charge me for a revision of his own work, and his office staff was rude that I came back twice for a consult about the revision, as if I am inconveniencing them and Dr. Stefani allows this. I had the implants removed recently by a very reputable doctor.

Dr. Stefani performed a double mastectomy on me as well as nipple salvaging that was important to me. While I had some complications he was FANTASTIC in walking me through the issues and identifying corrective action steps that left me with the BEST outcome I could have hoped for following my surgeries. It has been two years since my original surgery and I am doing great, feeling great and looking great!

Having been a patient of Dr Stefani's for 15 years. Love him and the expert work that he does. Would highly recommend him and his office staff.

In my opinion, Dr Stefani is over-the-top with caring about his patients! Both my daughter and myself, along with seven other friends, have had services by Dr. Stefani and his staff. His expertise and talent again, is unmatchable! He, his staff and his practice will be the only place I ever go for anything of this nature. I had a breast lift done by dr stefani due to weight loss. He did a wonderful job, my breasts are almost identical though one aerola is a tad bit bigger than the other. But having this kind of surgery you have to expect something such as that happening. But you can't notice it unless you stare at them. I had a month off of work due to retooling of my plant, and had no problem getting my immediate surgery squeezed into the next week. I loved all the nurses, super friendly and stefani was laidback
