Dr. Smith was high recommended by my GP. It's been 7 weeks since the referral was place and I haven't been able to schedule an appointment. I have left messages with the receptionist and on voice mail every 2 - 3 days. I expected some kind of response by now even if it's a 'we're not taking new patients', 'we can't help you', or whatever. This behavior is very unprofessional and lousy customer service.

Dr. Smith is one of those rare doctors who seems to review each patient's file and test results before he enters the exam room. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions knowledgibly. Best of all, he asks if I am satisfied with my treatment plan, which to me is important, as I am the one who has to live with my condition. So happy I found him!

I am very disappointed in my visits with the physician. No communication skills. I explained to him my symptoms, which I thought were pretty significant, but he made no recommendations, no suggestions, no explanation of possible causes - nothing! He just typed on the computer the whole time! I don't think he cared about anything I said! I left there baffled, but furious as I know I have to pay $180 for this visit! The staff was nice, but on their cell phones. Had 45 min phone hold!
