My husband has been a patient here for many years. The staff & doctor are always responsive and available when we need them. The staff is attentive, friendly and efficient. The PAs are very smart, listen to us and will research questions and get answers while we're there. PA Michelle has been instrumental in helping my husband understand a new diagnosis, follow protocols, and make good decisions.

Dr. Rowland showed his interest in solving my perplexing health issue, by taking his time to think through possible causes. His caring was evident. His suggestions were a combination of blood tests and an X Ray. I felt seen, heard and grateful for his attempt to solve the mystery.

Dr. Rowland has been my primary care doctor for the past 5 years. He has proven to be highly knowledgeable, professional & caring. He is a man of science and faith. He stays up to date on the latest research findings and relays the relevant information to me on my visits. I like that I can go in one week before my appointment and have his office take blood samples from me and analyze it before my visit. When I was hospitalized, he stayed engaged with the hospital doctors regarding my treatment. The whole experience with his office continues to improve with the addition of even more talented staff. Dr. Rowland has my trust because he has earned it.

Great Dr, horribly rude staff! I am not sure how people put up with this nonsense. Also not sure how Dr. Rowland permits it. Used to be a good office back in the day, but once it became super busy, the customer service went out the window. Sad.

He’s patient and caring and has been my doctor for many many years. I now drive from Palm Beach Gardens to Boca to see him, because he genuinely cares about his patients and I trust him! It is true that there have been issues with the office staff and lately that seems to have improved. I realize that he’s a doctor and not a business man and it might be helpful if he is made aware of any front office issues.

Never waiting long for my appt

Dr. Rowland has been my personal physician for over 20 or 30 years now and will remain that as long as I live, and he remains in the practice of medicine. I have the upmost confidence in his capability. He is very easy talk to. He listens well and offers medical care that I have total confidence in.

Dr. Rowland as a physician is fantastic. It is unfortunate that his office staff is so terrible. It is impossible to get someone on the phone, and when you do, they are rude and don't have the right information. I would have liked to remain a patient but his staff makes it not worth it. There are plenty of great family doctors in Boca with professional, knowledgeable, polite staff.

I have gone to Dr. Rowland a couple of times and have an upcoming appt; however. I'm not sure I'm going to keep it for the following reasons: 1) It is frustrating trying get through to the office (to make or cancel an appt.) Every time I call I get a canned message and I end up waiting for a ridiculous amount of time for someone to pick up. It takes forever to get through. 2) I believe the doctor schedules too many appts (back to back). My wait has been much too long and finally when he sees me, he seems to be a little rushed to get to the next patient. When I go to a doctor, I want him/her to be focused on me, only, not anything or anyone else. Like most docs, he spends more time documenting my visit on the computer than he does attending to my reasons for being there. When I leave the office, I feel like it was not a thorough experience. I like the Doc but he's to busy and his front desk staff hates answering the phone!!

Amazing. The staff and Dr Rowland were so amazing. I just moved her from NY, and was so nervous I wouldn’t find a doctor as good as my Dr in New York. He was awesome. Explained things very well and I felt so good after I left. So happy My friend referred me to him. The staff is exceptional as well. So, so Happy.

Dr Rowland is very friendly and is a great communicator. He listens when you speak with him and provides the guidance that is needed.

Dr. Rowland is the finest doctor I have visited. He is very thorough and excellent bed side manors. I recommend his practice for anyone looking for a great family doctor.

Dr. Rowland is outstanding, the best doctor I have ever had. He is always well prepared, carefully reviews present condition and labs vs. health history looking for changes that might require follow up. And he listens to the patient. Nurse practitioner Michelle Feffer is also top notch.

I've been a patient for more than 35 years and his staff has always been professional, caring & friendly, period. I've been in and out the hospital and I always get excellent post-hospital care. I would recommend them every single day as I trust them with my life, literally.

Dr. Rowland is a very knowledgeable doctor who listens carefully to his patients.
