I have been a patient of Dr. Platz, since around 2016. I have ongoing issues with PTSD and C-PTSD, which was well documented with a previous therapist, Bruce Everson, around the years of 1993-1995 from Callier Clinic, in Rice Lake WI. He expressly stated a diagnosis of Chronic Paranoid Schizophrenia, which includes the symptoms of a feeling of being persecuted, followed, harassed, and other symptoms like it. I have tried to explain over and over that I have PTSD, and the real abuse I have suffered throughout my entire life, from the people who have abused, still are abusing me, stalking me, and so on. Expressly I am dealing with a child/adult sex abuse ring. If he had taken the time to acquire my past mental health records from Callier Clinic, or even done a background check on any of the people that have abused me in the past, and still are in the present. He would of recognized the symptoms of PTSD and C-PTSD, which includes disassociation, anxiety, nervousness, and basically a fear for my life and others. If he had sought any medical records from previous Hospital visits, police reports, or therapy notes from previous therapists, in other clinics. He would have the "evidence" needed to assess the symptoms and conditions, and suspected paranoia behavior he insists are paranoid delusions. Although I stated in recent previous mental health records that I wasn't having symptoms of PTSD, I wasn't fully aware of what it all entails. But, the recent previous mental health records, do state, the symptoms of dissociation, often accompanied by severe trauma. But yet, neither mental health doctors, revealed to me, what the symptoms I expressly stated on my application, forced by Honorable Judge Babler, for Social Security benefits. If Dr. Platz, would have even asked me, about past abuse experiences that I have endured, I would have expressed to him how I am treated on an ongoing basis by my abusers. I would have told him how, I am constantly being gas-lighted by the people around me. Which has been ongoing since early childhood because of sexual abuse that was perpetrated against me, so many times, that I don't even care to count. If he would have even taken all the times I expressly stated that I am dealing with pedophiles, and narcissistic individuals, that take great pleasure in trying to obscure my reality, and the "truth" of who they are, and what they're doing to me. I expressly suspect he is taking other people's untrue opinions of me, into consideration. If he had even, looked at my therapist notes from recent providers, and if he would have listened to me, when I told him, the symptoms of dissociation, I think my unrealistic diagnosis of "Chronic Paranoid Schizophrenia" would be resolved into actual chronic abuse, that I am still suffering today. I also expressly stated that I was being exposed to Nitrous Oxide gas. It concerns me, that he doesn't recognize this as a form of abuse towards me, when there are Wisconsin State Statues on the books, regulating the possession and use of this chemical. His unfair diagnosis of Chronic Paranoid Schizophrenia, greatly limits my ability to express real concerns and symptoms of ongoing narcissistic verbal abuse that I am still suffering with today. It greatly prevents me from seeking the appropriate treatments, that I deserve to receive, so I can foster a precedent of future necessary mental health treatment. This unfair diagnosis, prevents me from defending myself to local, state, and Federal authorities, needed to protect myself and others from the people who wish to harm, myself and others. It's concerning that with his expertise, and many years of experience, coupled with the locations of his practice, that he has been consulting with my abusive relatives, who consistently maligned, and covered up, their abuse towards me, and others that are close to me. It concerns me, that with his expertise, and years of experience as a Psychiatrist, that he failed, to recognize signs of trauma bonding, psychosis, anxiety, fearful thoughts of further escalation of physical abuse, including sexual assault. If Barron County, St. Croix County, and Ellsworth area, are relying on his expertise, than they need a more, well rounded staff, and support staff, to recognize the over lapping symptoms of Mental Health Assessment. It concerns me that there is actually a physical clinic that deals with people who abuse, or are exposed to massive amounts of Nitrous Oxide inhalants. If either of the previous Licensed Mental Health Professionals, would have inquired with this facility, or even a Dentist, who regularly deals with this chemical, my diagnosis would be different. It concerns me that Dr. Platz and his staff, are seemingly oblivious to what this chemical is and does to a person who has been exposed to it. They sell "whippets" also known as Nitrous Oxide containers, in local "smoke shops in and around Wisconsin and other states. Dr. Platz and his staff have really set me back, in my healing journey, and my hopes of returning to full-time employment. His assessment of my symptoms further ascerbates my real symptoms of C-PTSD, and PTSD, resembles being gas-lit, and abused by narcissistic individuals. Even a simple search on Google, would have cleared the air of his perception of my perceived "delusional state". Although the staff presents themselves as "nice", "qualified, licensed individuals, they completely miss the mark of the most basic understanding of what is going on in Today's world, of Mental Health needs. I would not recommend any of his Medical expertise, offices, group homes, or hospitals, to anyone who is need of even the most basic Mental Health care.
