This office has had EXTREMELY high turnover in the last two years and the staff is unprofessional and rude on the phone as well as in person. When they get off the phone they bash patients in front of other patients - witnessed it myself and so did my husband - two totally different appointments. Bill is spending most of his time on another company next door and never there even when requested. Don't ask to be seen more than once in two weeks (when they still cannot figure out what’s wrong) - you will be referred to the ER or another doctor outside of their facility if they don't feel like seeing you or have no idea what to do with you.
