I have been bringing my mom to Dr. Owens for years. It used to be something that we dreaded going to because the staff was not on the same level of hospitality as the doctor. However, when we went last week I noticed that they had done some remodeling at the office, and I saw alot of new staff. Everyone is so friendly now. Huge improvement!

We love Dr. Owens and his nurses and staff. My girls have had headaches for a while and been to so many doctors and he was the only one that worked until he figured out what they needed and he has been awesome with them and they love him. He has been a blessing for us !!

I've been going to Dr. Owen's for 8 months now and they've all been amazing. I absolutely love my nurse there. From the very first appt Dr. Owens knew all about my migraines and how to treat them. They explained everything to me about migraines and medications. I used to have migraines every other week now I have maybe one a month or every other month and they're so light I sometimes don't even know they're there. I'm so thankful for Dr. Owen's and his nurses, they've all been so amazing and so very nice and caring. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who's in need of a Neurologist.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a Doctor. I've been to him twice, the first time I just thought he may have had an off day as I left feeling like he really didn't care. The second visit was far worse than the first. I had a serious issue with my sleep apnea, and left without the issues resolved. He was condescending, arrogant, and uncaring. I've talked to others and they have felt the same way. I will drive to Tupelo, Jackson, Memphis before I ever go back again.

Dr. Owens bedside manner may be the worst I have ever seen in all my days. His interpersonal skills leave much to be desired. I am a pharmacist and Dr. Owen barely even acknowledged I was in the room except to give me a short answer to my question. He did spend a lot of time in the exam room but that was spent going off on random tangents. It felt more like a lecture in pharmacy than a doctor’s appointment. At times during the appointment it felt like he was trying to pick a fight.

I went a week and a half without my sleep aide. I have insomnia. Then, they wouldn't fill a prescription for my CPap supplies. Not a big deal, well I stop breathing 15-20 per minute when I can sleep.

Have seen both Dr. Owens and his nurse practitioner 2x. They have yet to introduce themselves. Office staff inattentive and unwelcoming. Sign on window at registration. "Do not knock on window". Well how are you suppose to gain their attention as they simply ignore you? First few minutes of 1st visit he spent complaining to the nurse about how the record was put together. Had several concerns we wanted to address but were not provided with that opportunity. Not impressed!
