Dr. O’Neill took time to understand and diagnose the problem while explaining alternative treatments. Very comfortable and reassuring visit.

He is very good to explain the problem. Gives the best treatment and does not rush to surgery if not needed. If it is, I would not want anyone other than him to handle my surgery.

His office staff went above and beyond to get my surgery scheduled to meet my needs. I was kept up-to-date prior to surgery on what needed to happen on my end. At the surgery center the entire staff from start to finish, went above and beyond making me comfortable, keeping me informed, comfortable, and very prompt. I even received phone calls several times at home after the surgery.

Dr. O’Neill performed surgery on my right hand. I found him to be very direct to the point. I did everything as instructed by him and the post op staff to the tee and my healing was as discussed. He did an awesome job and I was thoroughly impressed. If I need the services of a hand specialist in the future, I will be at BGO to see Dr. O’Neill!

My current situation is somewhat complicated, but he took time during office evaluation to examine options for treatment and studied if surgery would be needed.Dr O’Neill suggested further testing before deciding on surgery. Neurological testing determined that my condition would require surgery. He is not a doctor who just wants to do surgery without looking at less invasive options.I’m comfortable with Dr O’Neill’s qualifications and experience. I believe you will be hard pressed to find anyone any better qualified. His reputation is top notch and that’s why I sought his professional views.
