This guy needs to retire. His bedside manner is atrocious. He is not up to date on meds. He had my mom on a medication that has well-documented side effects if taken in excess of the FDA warning - 12 weeks - for over 3 years! RUN AWAY FROM HIM AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

My colonoscopy went fine but his office staff NEVER answers the phone. I was on hold 47 minutes and then at 3pm someone answered... said Hello Hello and hung up pretending they couldnt hear me. I called back immediately and the office was closed. How convenient. So I waited and tt their service... cancelled my appt and the next day they sent me a text to confirm my appt.. I said NO i wouldnt be attending this appt and then their office called me to see if I could move my appt earlier. SO DONE

Dr. Metzger is great. I have been his patient for many years, and I have found him exceptional. However, he has a major problem with his staff. They do not answer call or return calls. When you call, it automatically goes to an answering service, which tells you to call. You are asked to call again and request a call back. I did this, never received a call back. My pharmacy relates it is impossible to contact Dr. Metzger or anyone else. I have been trying to make an appointment.
