Dr. Merva is absolutely wonderful. I went to 6 different neurologist about my neuropathy with no luck until I was able to see dr. Merva and he cured me the first day. Best Dr I've ever seen.

Great doctor but he don't come into the office until way after 12pm. Office makes appointments at 11am. Your lucky to be seen by 4 or 5pm with a 11am appointment. The office staff are very rude when you ask how long its going to be. If you have a time limit don't recommended him.

Everytime I have been to his office the wait is ridiculous. I could understand one time maybe he was short staffed. But every time? That's not right to do his patients that way. I was there over 2 1/2 hours and still had people ahead of me.

Though i am not sure about the Dr himself. I have been denied an appointment two times by the receptionist on the phone for two different, inconsistent reasons. So i cannot say that i would bother to even care to try a third timeto set up an appointment.

Dr Merva is an excellent doctor, however, the office manager needs to review the number of appointments and timing of each that are scheduled each day. You call for an appointment and are given a specific time of day, 10 am. You are NEVER seen at 10 am. You are lucky to be seen by noon or even 2 pm! This happens for each and every appointment. The person you speak with on the phone when scheduling appt will tell you, bring snacks, you'll be here all day. Please review the strategy!
