Dr. McGann is always very complete whether you are seeing him in the office or hospital. He has a good bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. His office is very well run, from appointments to to prescriptions there has never been a problem in the many years I have been seeing him.

I forgot my insurance card and called to see if they would let me have that faxed over. The female person who answered the phone kept interrupting me while I was trying to ask the question and then hung up on me when I told her I was now upset. The staff in the Duluth office put me, a new patient through filling out paperwork and going to the ATM for the co-pay only to tell me that I was late for my appointment. I arrived on time. The kicker was that the doctor agreed. Fail!!
