He was rude & did not care to hear what I had to say. He was right & I was wrong. Won’t be returning for a follow up visit.

Rude, Unprofessional & Not Good Mental Health Dr!!
Dr Lay was absolutely horrible. I went to him for help with my anxiety and depression at my PCP's advice. He was rude, made weird faces as I was explaining to him what I've been through, what I am going through and at many of my responses to his questions. He continously cut me off as I was speaking, mocked information I shared, either by his condescending facial expressions, or his tone when questioning an answer that I gave. I suggest ANYONE that has an appointment with this Dr to do their research PRIOR to seeing him. His reviews online are horrible, and he will make you feel even worse when you leave his office. Not only did he not give me a follow up appt from this initial visit, but DISCONNECTED the video meeting without as much as a goodbye...I had NO idea our meeting was over. He simply said "follow up with your PCP" and HUNG UP. I will be filing a formal complaint against him with the NC Medical Board. I pray today's video meeting was recorded & will be reviewed!

Horrible doctor
Dr. William Randall lay is a horrible so, called doctor. He verbally abused my family member triggering episodes of anxiety, fear, uncontrollable crying, and feelings of low self worth. I recommend anyone having the same experience to contact the NC state board of licensure and file a complaint. To belittle and make jokes and laugh at a mentally ILL person is unethical. So for anyone out there with a loved one who suffers from mental illness please find them a good doctor who cares and does not act like this jerk.

I've been going to daymarc for several years and was doing fine .Dr lay doesn't take time to talk to u about your condition I was doing good but know that I see Dr lay my mental health is declining again.

He was VERY RUDE. He refused to fill out an insurance paper for my son in which caused him to lose his insurance. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS DOCTOR FOR ANYONE.
