Dr Lao did my liposuction and he was the best! Very attentive, knew what I wanted and gave me results that I am very happy with. His staff is very attentive and I will be going to him for any future procedures.

How lucky I am to have Dr. Lao reconstruct my upper eyelid. Six years ago, I had a failed Asian double eyelid surgery, letting me suffer from the unsuitable width and asymmetry shape. As the revision surgery requires higher competence, I researched doctors worldwide and had many consulting visits. By comparison, Dr. Lao is the only one who understands all my considerations and respects my opinions. Dr. Lao detailedly explained my questions and pointed out the tiny problems that were omitted by other doctors. What impressed me most is his ability to deal with unexpected cases. After opening my eyelid, Dr. Lao found that my situation was much tougher and more complicated than most cases. He made quick decisions and fixed them up. Dr. Lao and his team have provided me with the best care that money can buy. I have been impressed with not only his skills and ability to tailor techniques based on build and ethnicity (I'm Asian), but also how streamlined communications have been. Both he and his assistant, Nancy, are tech savvy and responsive via text. I completed virtual consultations with three surgeons and in-person consultations with two surgeons, including Dr. Lao, to discuss breast augmentation. Dr. Lao designed a customized plan for me and used a 3-D visualization tool to help me decide on an implant size, and it was easy to decide who to trust after my consultations. He and his team have been personable and professional before, during, and after surgery. I regrettably do not recall the anesthesiologist's name, but he was excellent and helped me feel very comfortable. Dr. Lao's practice is worth every penny, especially if you keloid easily. I'm very happy with my results.

Dr. Lao is an awesome doctor both as a master of his craft and also his level of care for patients. Dr. Lao is an EXTREMELY most talented, professional and skillful surgeon that I've ever met so far. He is very nice and would listen to your concerns and expectations then give his own thoughts of how could be done better or so... I recently had a rhinoplasty surgery done and the result came out to be surprisingly better than I expected and am very satisfied with it. It was a very difficult and most challenge surgery as I have very tight skin and small nose (complex injected materials too), but Dr. Lao had done an excellent job of making it looks perfect and contour. I would STRONG recommend him if you decide to go with plastic surgery!!!

I went there for asian blepharoplasty. Super happy with the results. His prices were very reasonable. Dr Lao and Nancy have been nice and patient in answering my questions. Dr Lao is quite funny and makes you feel at ease during the procedure. All of my friends have said that my eyes look great. I would go back there again if I want something else done!

I am one month post-op and am liking what I see so far.  Dr. Lao did his best to execute my requests - my eyes look great without much makeup, and my nose is looking much smaller and refined.  I am waiting for more swelling to go down, but I like what I see so far.  Would highly recommend Dr. Lao, if you are looking for a technically skilled and competent surgeon. You will be in great hands.
