Unprofessional and uncaring.

Before Dr. Landphair I suffered with chronic pain for over 40 years, 28 of which were spent taking narcotic pain meds. Dr. Landphair helped me get off of opiods and set me up with alternative pain management. Though my pain has not gotten any better, I can manage it better than ever before. He has been patient with me even when the pain caused me to be impatient. Thank you Dr. Landphair!

He is caring, and he answers all my questions. One of my FAVORITE doctors [and trust me I have many doctors unfortunately]. If your in chronic pain go see him he's great!

Dr Landphair is very assuring and confident in his specialties. He explained my DRG implant very well. He answered my full page of questions and did not rush me. It is because of him I agreed to get the DRG which is providing me with much needed relief. I was very scared and nervous to get something so invasive. However I had exhausted so many other options that did not work. The DRG was a new option and my last option that also has a good success rate. I am 3 weeks post surgery and very excited to be getting my active life back thanks to Dr. Landphair.

I had an telemedicine visit with him yesterday. I am a patient of Dr. Lubenow and I have been having severe pain and needed to be seen. I physically cannot drive to Rush at this time. He seemed very concerned about my issues and listened to my fears and concerns. He wants Dr. Lubenow to see me next week. It was a good visit and HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.

I highly recommend Dr Landphair. He listens to your concerns/issues, reviews your medical records and explains a care plan moving forward. He is current on all latest treatments/techniques and highly knowledgeable. Very relatable, caring and compassionate. Great nursing and office staff too!

I love Dr. Landphair, he is kind, patient, very pleasant, understanding, compassionate, he listen to me and tries to find out about my pain and how he can help me. He's friendly and very good looking. I have been his patient for several years now. He is a very nice person and he greets you with a smile and receptionist Noel is very pleasant also. I always recommend him to people. He's thorough and makes sure I understand the treatment he recommends. All in all everyone who works under him and in his office are amazing.

His compassion was obvious. I feel confident that he will address my nerve pain issues for many years to come. The resident and assistant were also pleasant and attentive.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Landphair for a few years now for chronic pain. He has a great bedside manner, is friendly, personable, and professional. He really listens and tries to help. He stays up to date on the latest technology and techniques to try to make his patients pain free or improve their quality of life. He’s even helped me when I injured another part of my spine. His quick response helped that part of my back get pain relief immediately that lasts for several months. I trust his decisions and recommendations for my care completely.

Has a great bedside manner. Always make it a point to see if there is anything he can do to help you better.

Easy to talk with and understanding

I went to see Dr Landphair fearing I reinjured my back. He was confident and patient with me. He took time to get an answer before I left ultimately I was reassured and back on a path to proper pain management and today I will say I'm mostly pain free.
