Dr. William Lackey, MD

I now used Dr.Lackey for numerous times. Each time he explained my issue and went through everything. Had issues in my right arm tore my labrum and partial tear of rotator cuff. He went in and fixed it I have no issues in my right arm. Recently I had issues with my left and i went for imaging and i had a torn superior labrum in my left shoulder and almost a complete tear in my elbow (tennis elbow). I had both procedures done and both went well. I find him to be a amazing DR. He explains everything. The only issue is the wait in the office unless you have a early appt. I will continue to use him because of what kind of dr he is. The staff is amazing in the office. Wait times issue is a minor thing to me but it does get annoying. I trust Dr. Lackey and i am happy to have him as a DR.

Dr. Lackey is the best! He understood the additional issues I would have in recovery from a rotator cuff surgery. (I’m a bilateral above knee amputee) He explained my options, then showed me a video of the exact procedure he’d be doing. The whole process at the hospital ran smoothly and everyone there was kind and informative. I’m 2 weeks out from surgery and my recovery is moving along as he predicted.I see a lot of people writing about the wait time in his office. No one likes to wait for a Dr.But I know when I get into the exam room with him, he’s going to take the time to answer my questions and explain the next steps. Thanks Dr Lackey.

Terrible experience. I don’t live near this Dr. I just went to see this Dr. because I was able to schedule it on the same day. The office looks awful and dirty. I waited almost 2 hours to be called. Dr. Lackey wasn’t able to see me, instead I saw a PA. I guess Dr Lackey was busy. I paid to see a MD (Dr. William Lackey) not a PA. One word: Unprofessional!! I don’t recommend this Dr.

Would love to leave 5 stars but after waiting for over an hour I can't because I never saw the doctor, that amount of waiting makes no sense. I'm not sure who benefits from overbooking certainly not the patient in pain.

EXCELLENT TOP NOTCH FROM START TO FINISH. DR LACKEY & THE ENTIRE TEAM IS BRILLANT. THE YOUNG LADIES AT THE FONT DESK ARE VERY PATIENT, KIND & DILIGENT. I AM A NURSE AIDE IN A HOSPITAL & AT TIMES I DO DOUBLE SHIFTS. I LOVE MY JOB. I ENJOY HELPING PEOPLE & I LOVE KEEPING BUSY. MY BOYFRIEND ENJOYS HIKING, & BIKING. THE OFFICE IS PRISTINE CLEAN BEAUTIFUL & SPACIOUS.

Dr Lackey has been my doctor for over 10 years. He is always on point and follows up with his patients. His office staff are kind and hard working and they go out of their way to work with you to get whatever needs to be done, done well. Dr Lackey did my shoulder surgery and looks after my chronic back issues with diligence and kindness. He is a great Doctor all around and I highly recommend his services.

very efficient process. Dr, Lackey took time to show diagrams and to explain the procedure in nice detail. he gave ample info on what to expect and the likelihood of complications. It was a lovely experience.
