Dr. Hamilton is an excellent listener. His clear interest and careful listening to my experience with my prior knee replacement guided his investigation to determine the problem with my initial knee replacement. Equally, his interest in the patient’s well-being and commitment to excellence gave me the confidence to elect a revision, with a very successful result.

Dr. Hamilton is kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and an amazing surgeon. My initial total hip replacement was not done properly which left me with a year of chronic pain. Dr. Hamilton recognized the issue and remedied it without complication. I have been virtually pain free and back to my life since the procedure.

Providers listens with great care and attention and makes sure all patient and caregiver questions are answered before closing visit whether pre or post procedure. I greatly appreciated Dr. Hamilton taking the time to call me during my early recovery period at home.

From day 1 I felt taken care of. Dr. H is amazing and the hip feel great. Would easily recommend him to people needing hip or knee work.

Dr. Hamilton performed full hip replacement surgery on me and for the second time the surgery was Professional, fast and trouble-free. Recovveery began immediately at home and has progressed perfectly just as before when he replaced my other hip! It's great to be apin free and active again!

Dr Hamilton is one doctor who creates confidence in the outcome of the surgery. Makes you feel you are in the hands of efficient doctor. The facility is well equit with modern tools.The assisted nurses are also well courteous as they exhibit high level of patience between them and patient.

My experience is he is a sloppy, lying, uncaring surgeon. I learned the hard way. When he walked in pre-op and yelled at the nurse for not having my operative side 'close enough' to him I should have gotten up and walked out - it would have been the best decision of my life. I had bad positioning of new joint, damaged femoral nerve, bony and soft tissue impingement, and I could go on. Four years later and I am still in chronic pain, although with the help of other surgeons to revise his sloppiness I am better at this point, but it has been a long road. Protect yourself and stay away.

Dr Hamilton did a total replacement of my left hip and it went even better than he initially explained to me. I had absolutely no pain and was able to soar through my exercises and gain my strength and mobility back in no time. I am almost a year out and sometimes forget I even had a hip replacement, thank you again Dr Hamilton because I never thought this hip would be pain free again. If you have any hip issues I highly recommend you give him a call because he can fix it.

Dr. Hamilton provided a thorough explanation of the total knee replacement procedure. He was very pleasant and answered my questions. I am very pleased with his care and all staff encountered.

Very professional but friendly and kind as well. He just eluded a natural air of confidence that totally told me I had made the best choice! He listened, didn’t rush the visit, and explained everything so I knew exactly what to expect. My surgery went perfectly and I am getting ready to schedule my other hip to be done. He is the best!

Last January Dr. Hamilton performed a full replacement surgery of my left hip. About 3 years ago, he had done the same with my right hip. In both cases, the results were excellent. I was able to walk and perform most of my daily activities with a minimum of assistance in a few days. Dr. Hamilton always gave straight answers to my questions and he is an excellent surgeon.

I very much like the Force app. I received quick responses from Dr. Hamilton and his staff. I also appreciated the whey protein supplement prescribed before and after the surgery--it was innovative and I think aided in my rapid healing.

My surgery was successful. I was able to reach Dr Hamilton’s staff easily through the Force ap.

The only suggestion I could make would be to make the staff more available and to have more ptr=op information. Force just does not cover that very well compared to other medical practices

I had a total hip replacement July 18, and my experience with Dr. Hamilton has been outstanding. I am 3 months out from surgery, and I am for the most part pain free, which I am still getting used to! He listened to me, and he took my issues seriously. Jennifer, his assistant, was so helpful, and I enjoyed working with Kari, a PA at Anderson. The team at Harborside and post-care via Force have been excellent. I could have gone to a highly thought-of orthopedic surgeon 5 minutes from my home, but due to some issues I experienced, I chose to call Dr. Hamilton since I had sought out his advice a decade ago after he had been recommended to me by several different physicians. The 1.5+ drive for my appointments and surgery were well worth the effort. I am thrilled with the outcome and thank Dr. Hamilton and this team for it.

He and his staff are most knowledgeable and easy to talk to

I was a bit hesitant to have my hip replaced because I had been told by other doctors that I was too young. The problem was that I couldn't even walk without pain and I'm so glad that I went to Dr. Hamiliton! The surgery went well, and my friends and family were amazed at how fast my recovery was. I'm so glad that I chose Dr. Hamilton to perform this surgery!

After my experience, I would recommend that patients stay away from him. Horrible hip replacement experience - I used to be very active - have had chronic pain and two surgeries after his to help correct impingement. My femoral nerve was also damaged during his surgery. Find someone who seems to care more about your outcome. Hamilton seems to care most about surgical time in the operating room and saving resources, money. Just my experience.

This was a revision of my right hip. After two years of constant pain and not being able to do the things I love, I went to Dr. Hamilton. Right away he saw what was causing my pain. I decided to do the revision. It was a really, really good decision. I have been feeling so much better and able to look forward to the things that make me happy in life.
