As a nurse living on the East Coast, I flew to San Diego just to treat my dark veins around my eyes by Dr. Groff. Every dermatologist, laser surgeon, and eye surgeon refused to talk to me about getting rid of these veins. All the doctors told me that the veins were too close to my eyes.Dr. Groff told me there was no risk of eye damage from lasering them, as other veins in this area will continue to supply blood to the skin. My final results are remarkable and I look younger and more rested. Dr. Groff is my new dermatologist. I’m excited to get more laser treatments from him. I had my first consultation with Dr. Groff. I was pleasantly surprised that he spent a lot of time answering my questions. He also customized a treatment plan for my specific goals and explained procedures that could improve my appearance. He stressed that he wanted me to feel comfortable with my decision. I asked him about a procedure that I had read about and he told me I shouldn't waste my money because the results would not be noticeable or impactful. Dr. Groff is simply the best! I have been going to Dr. Groff for injectables and filler for many years. He does an incredible job making me feel super comfortable with every treatment. I had laser scar removal treatment on a small leg injury. I have olive-tan skin, so I was afraid of the results. Dr. Groff performed the laser procedure himself on me.  Having a doctor perform the laser treatment is refreshing because many medical offices and medspas have their nurses or certified techs do laser treatments. My results have been amazing! I am so happy that I don't think I'll even need a second laser treatment.
