Dr. William Gray, MD

I highly suggest avoiding this office. We have been patients here for years. When you call to make an appointment, you have to have it okayed by the doctor before they schedule you. My daughter has been dealing with medical issues for months, they discharged her without having any follow-up care after her hospital stay. When I called to make the appointment, as the hospital advised us, I was told she didn't need to be seen because "her urine is clean." However, it had nothing to do with her urine. It's her gallbladder. They reschedule appointments you do have scheduled because the doctors are always out. Good luck trying to talk to the office manager, she does not return phone calls or answer her phone. If you have any symptoms of cold, flu, COVID-19, or strep, they will send you to the emergency department to avoid seeing you. Even if you ask to be scheduled out a few days due to no openings. This place is a joke.

I was very pleased seeing Dr Grey for the first time. Great listener and am extremely impressed. I'm hoping we'll have a long and caring relationship.

What people are saying about not being able to see this doctor is 1000% correct. Nicki - some office person yelled at me that I couldnt get an appt., just as I left the hospital.Telehealth? Laughable.I filed a complaint against the uncaring, unprofessional office staff that lack empathy.

Dr. Gray is very knowledgeable about medicine and knows how to get you better. He keeps a tight schedule.

Ignore the bad reviews saying it's too hard to get an appointment with Dr. Gray. It isn't always easy to get an appointment, but I'd rather see a busy doctor that people want to see instead of a doctor they don't. Dr. Gray doesn't treat patients like they are just patients, he genuinely cares about their wellbeing. Dr. Gray is the primary physician for my entire family and there's no one else we could imagine for the job. We have a special needs child, and he hasn't always told us what we wanted to hear with the situation, but has always told us what we needed to hear. Dr. Gray is quick to respond to messages left with the staff (usually same day) and address any concerns we have that don't necessarily require an appointment Dr. Gray is a great doctor and we couldn't possibly recommend him enough.

Yeah Dr Gray is fine, WHEN YOU CAN GET AN APPOINTMENT. Don’t waste your time, because if you need an appointment the staff will be outrageously rude and unprofessional.

It takes a long time to get in when you need an appointment, and since I hadn’t been to see him as a patient in 8 months they dropped me as a pt without informing me at all. I called to make a sick appointment and they said I needed a new patient appointment first, and they could get me in for that in THEEE MONTHS. When I questioned this, the receptionist was rude & just kept repeating “that’s our new policy” when I asked for an explanation. Don’t waste your time making an appointment here, the second you really need to be seen there will be a wait.

He listened. Explained eloquently. Understood my concerns. Helpful. Excellent bedside manner.
