Office needs to get out of the dark ages.
He is part of the Northwell Healthcare system, yet OPTS to not use the patient portal for his patients enabling them to get a summary of their appts, make appointments, or communicate with his office. When you ask for a summary of his notes... the woman on phone told me she could MAIL it to me but it is hand written and you will not be able to read it. REALLY...REDICULOUS!!!!
