Office is not about patient care.
The lack of being able to see the actual doctor. Communication fron entire office staff is poor and lacks training. The staff also appears to follow the rule of we are not here for your care but only here for something other than medical services.

Office staff
Dr Farr Medical group is too big for their own good. You are a number to them. When i try to make an appointment the ladies are short with me. They are rude. You can’t rely that they will send Rx in a timely matter to the pharmacy. Don’t plan on going to make an appointment during your lunch hour. I waited 45 min, once I was in the examination room, before seeing the Dr. Susie Schneider is the only reason I keep going. She is personable and genuine.

ABSOLUTE WORSE experience I have ever had with a "medical provider". They allow their medical assistants who have high school diplomas to triage, something reserved for an REGISTERED NURSE who has received training. The office manager lacks the slightest modicum of professionalism, operating deceptively. (The insurance company had me on hold because THEY were on hold with her. She came out while I was still on hold and said she spoke with them. Then showed me a paper of who I was "assigned to". The insurance company said she hung up on them." I am a registered nurse, who is constantly exposed to COVID patients, because I have to CARE for them. But who cares for us ACTUAL frontliners?? This office refuses to see anyone who has ever had COVID, which is pathetic. True healthcare providers don't get to pick and choose who we can see. People die that way. This office should lose their credentials, and all the staff needs to be dealt with by their respective boards, if they even have any.

After being sucker punched by cancer and having radiation treatment side affects hit leaving me in serve pain in my pelvic. I was in dire need of a Doctor. I call this medical office to see Dr. Farr. I am told I can only get in to see a NP who informs me I need physical therapy for my real not a druggy pain, that Dr. Farr does not Subscribe pain medication for any One, then referred me to a pain office and pointed indoors in the direction to a pain management business. I asked for a cortisone shot, she told me, PT is what I need. I asked so I go to the pain management place, they subscribe pain medication, I am currently taking 4 mortin for pain every 4 hours can I still take the mortin with the pain meds, and the NP replied, I don't care, take the whole bottle for I Care. Then walked out the door. I was just utterly shocked! I go there for help and am treated in the most uncaring, rude and obnoxious way. She did make a comment about us cowgirls and we like our Ariats!

I was in the middle of alcohol withdrawals because I want to stop for good. Went to an emergency hospital for hrs. never received help so left I thought making an appointment with the Farr Gp.. would get the help I needed, it had been few years since I had been there, when I called I told them I’m in alcohol withdrawls or call it detoxing from alcohol they said yes can help so was happy to get an appt with a new Doc.in Farr’s Gp. She evaluated me I felt she didn’t believe me that I was in my withdrawals spent short time with me she did prescribe a med but was only for my shakes was a waisted $135.00 She said come back in 2 days I was not confident from my visit with her to do, so I went to another EM HOSP finally I received an IV and a prescription med that is exactly for alcohol withdrawals my 2nd day on this med and feeling tremendously better. I understand if they don’t do IV ‘s in office I never asked but at least give the proper medication for patients serious condition. Ty

Patient for years, but I’m LEAVING!! Dr. & Staff too busy to fill out insurance required form (Med Watch 3500) for a name brand medication when the generic won’t work. For weeks, his inadequate staff passed me through 5 different insufficient, disinterested gorillas (paid professionals) pretending to help. Weeks later I’m told, “It’s too much to fill out theses forms, they have to go back and forth with the insurance and Dr. Farr has told us NOT to.” No ones health care should involve struggling through the jungle with gorillas to option quality health care. BOTTOM LINE they should want this for me!

The morning of New Years Eve we walked in without an appointment, because the thought of going to urgent care made my husband wish he was dead. We were greeted warmly with an eagerness to get us treated. They didn’t rush us through, but just the same, As always, in and out about a half hour.

I would definitely NOT recommend this medical office to anyone. I've been to several of the doctors, and while I don't have any extreme complaints about them, I did receive a wrong diagnosis, and I've found that I'm not the only family who had this happen to them here. The office staff is why my rating is one star. They have not "access" to their records for months, and if you call for anything you have to wait on hold for an excess of ten minutes. On the phone they are rude, condescending,

I actually recommend Dr. Farr and the other providers in his office to anyone I meet that is looking for a primary care doctor. I have been completely satisfied in every aspect overall as a patient of this practice and hope to let others experience the same. I have seen Dr. Farr when I first established with the practice and he is excellent and very enthusiastic. I now see Jillian the PA and love her. She knows my story and makes sure to address all my concerns. I never leave feeling unsatisfied
