Worse experience ever. Staff rude and unhelpful. Dr Crowe doesn't care about patients well being.

From the beginning with contacting this office because my appointment time wasn't given to me after the referral from my primary, this experience was terrible. The staff was not friendly on the phone nor were they friendly upon arriving for my appointment. The 'facility' which is more than likely an older home that was renovated did not have a handicap commode. With the number of older patients I saw in the waiting room and myself having issues with my knees, this seems unacceptable. After all, it is a Urologist's office so lots of urine tests being performed. As for my experience with the doctor, he didn't believe I had the issue described until I showed him the past test results on my phone via the health app. Once convinced, he prescribed some medication and an ultrasound. NO follow-up appointment was suggested or scheduled even when I asked about this. There is so much more but I am limited for amount I can share on this review. I do NOT recommend!!!

I had my first visit with Dr. Crowe today 4.30.24, and my experience was positive.Dr. Crowe was pleasant, cordial, took time asking my medical history, and explained his diagnosis and plan of treatment. I was not rushed at all and he was very professional and engaging and I feel spent more than adequate time consulting with me. Everyone has different experiences and expectations, but I was very happy with mine today at Clark Clinic and I should say that every person on staff I encountered was polite and friendly as well.

Do to his negligence and terrible judgement I almost died from a infectious disease. He wanted to keep waiting (almost 2 months) on a Kidney stone that was obstructing to drop after one shockwave lithotripsy that only reduced the stone from 14 to 9mm. Wrote me an Antibiotic only after I insisted that I had a UTI and never tested me for it. Causing me to have to stay in the hospital for a week and home with a picc line and 3 times a day for another week. Thank God he canceled and wanted to reschedule our last visit and I was able to get in to see another Urologist, I would have died under his watch.

Terrible. Very rude and doesn’t listen. He is arrogant and rushes. He doesn’t even get his words right, He is a waste of time to see.

Quite possibly the most rude doctor I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. Very rude, dismissive and acted like I was wasting his time. Seriously, don't waste your time with this "doctor".

Listen, everyone has a bad day, even physicians. I've been going to Dr. Crowe for a couple of decades+. I've always found him to be very professional, always listens to my concerns, and easy to talk to about very personal medical issues. Over the years, I've highly recommended him to my male friends who've had issues. Among other things, he performed a successful vasectomy on me years ago. He's no longer with the bunch in Lexington and has been practicing where he started at Harrison Memorial in Cynthiana. I thought he most certainly deserved a very positive review, so I'm giving him one now. 6/23/22

After some bad experiences with other Urologists, doctor Crow was great!! He did the kidney stone removal with no issues! He explained things well and was nice to us! Good choice!

Dr. Crowe was very rude and short. He acted like he had better this he could be doing and provided no relief in a time of urgency and pain. I would not recommended him.

Excellent urologist, treats me for urethra stricture, professional and caring.

Maybe a good Dr but was a wast of time for me he is not a peyronies Dr in my opinion he questioned me like I was on a witness stand and did nothing or recommend anything I would not go back to him or recommend him

Dr. Crowe is very unprofessional and rude. He is very indecisive and is very little help in regards to determining recommend procedures. He also seems very distant and uninterested in his patients.
