Terrific doctor. Dr. Christiansen is very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. When you're appointment with him is over you feel like you just met with "real" doctor, instead of a businessman operating (no pun intended) as a doctor.

I didn't want to come to urgent care, the nurse on the phone told me I had to go. So I went and when I got there he made me feel like I was bothering him, like he didn't think I should be there. I wasn't crazy about his attitude. Even if he didn't think what was wrong with me was that bad, maybe he could have taken a minute to figure out what it actually was. I wouldn't go back to Sharp urgent care because I don't want to risk getting him again.

My child exhibited an immediate trust with him.He assessed her urgent medical need accurately and made very quick decisions about the best course of treatment.We followed his advice and she is improving. He explained the situation to us without overly simplistic terms, answered our questions without judgement or hesitation, took time to read an incoming result to be sure all was ok.We would absolutely see him again for accurate medical assessment and treatment especially in urgent situations.
