He’s fabulous!
I met him while I was in the hospital during the scariest time of my life, and every time he came to see me, which was daily, I felt so much better about my circumstances. He is friendly, thorough and one of the best doctors, I’ve had!

Horrible Experience
I don't normally write review but in this case I had to. I saw Dr. Chow because of some lightheadedness. He order and MRI and MRA. I went and had them done on a Saturday. I am claustrophobic and taking an MRI is a big deal for me. The result of the tests were available to Dr. Chow on Monday. Monday afternoon I called his office. No one ever answers the phone when you call, you can only leave a message. Tuesday. No call back. Wednesday no call back. I left another message and still nothing. I finally had to call my primary doctor who called the imagining center to get my results. Finally late Thursday his office called to set up a future zoom call to talk about my results. This is just shameful and no way to treat patients when they are waiting for the results of their tests that could potentially change a persons life . I would suggest you stay away from this doctor and find one who will actually communicate with their patients in a prompt and compassionate way.

A Remarkable Physician!
I have been Dr. Chow's patient due to my Parkinson's disease and assorted Neurological issues. At 84 I have been treated by many Doctors of various specialties. In my considered opinion, Dr. Chow is a patient, talented and expert Neurologist! He is thorough and very knowledgeable in his field and is a caring and kind person. I have the highest regard for him as do many of his colleagues.

Getting through
Am having a very difficult time getting Dr. Chow to call me back. It could very well be the staff not giving him my messages as they never answer nor call back when one leaves phone messages.

Dr. Chow misdiagnosed my child that almost died under his care. I am very disappointed in him,he should’ve known better. He is also very arrogant. I am not one to write a review but I feel it’s important to tell the truth and hopefully save someone else from going through the pain and heartache that we went through.
