Very disappointed
I really had faith in Dr. Carlson after researching him online. However this last year I have lost all faith in his ability to provide adequate time and follow up to his patients. Not sure if he is just simply too busy to return calls from his patients and their family but it is unacceptable to be waiting weeks to hear back from him if he calls back at all for that matter.Very disappointed with the lack of importance and attention displayed.
