Sharing Too Little and Too Much
The cost of services was not explained to me for the initial allergy testing. It was a shocker to receive the bill for the services rendered. In addition, while meeting with Dr. Cain he made several references to race that made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

Great Doctor! Dr. Cain is a wonderful doctor. He is professional, knowledgeable & respectful with kindness & compassion; not only on the initial visit, but with every followup visit I have encountered. His “down to earth” demeanor provides an accessible environment to freely ask questions and discuss your healthcare needs and available options. His office staff & shot room nurses offer the same culture of professionalism, respect & timeliness with receiving my allergy shots. I highly recommend Dr. Cain and his staff!

Dr. Cain is wonderful and the staff when we’ve went are good with the exception of a girl named Ashley. I called to request a form be faxed to my daughters school and I was being very friendly and she rude and very short with me. I really didn’t appreciate the rude attitude. After all, she wouldn’t have a job without patients. So I think she should improve her phone skills
