Dr. William Buchner Jr, MD

I just went through a mystery internal bleed situation and ended up admitted to Tennova in Cleveland TN and spent a good bit of time there with Dr. Buchner, who performed an endoscopy on Saturday—which through no fault of his found nothing. Monday’s colonoscopy, however, found the source of the bleeding. Through both procedures, I found Dr. Buchner to be caring, competent, and highly approachable. He obviously cares about his patients, even appearing in my hospital room on Sunday to check upon me and schedule the colonoscopy. Needless to say, I’m not bleeding any more and I would heartily recommend this physician.

Dr. Buchner is rude and arrogant. After my procedure, he told me some unexpected news and when I tried to ask him a question regarding this unexpected and somewhat alarming news, he abruptly interrupted me saying he had other patients and walked out.

Dr. Buchner and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Other doctors rudely rush you through their office without listening to your concerns or fully discussing treatment. Dr. Buchner does not do this and is honestly the best doctor that I have ever been to. He patiently takes the time to listen and discuss your best course of treatment. Yes, it takes a little longer, but it is worth it to receive the best medical care. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Buchner and his staff. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!!

I have been going to this office for many years now and have had a few procedures done. The staff is very friendly. Dr. B and his NP Shelia are always nice to me and answer all of my questions. I've never had a long wait there either, usually in and out in less than an hour.

I have had no problems with Dr. B. He is kind and caring, and he takes all the time needed to address my questions. For this reason, I don't mind the wait time.

Cant really review Dr Buchner since i only see him maybe 2 min before and after my colonoscopy but I can review the office staff and the P.A. very uncaring unprofessional and if I never have to deal with them again I wont All i needed was a note to go back to work and i had to go through the whole spill of why i needed it through 2 receptionists the Drs nurse and then the P.A. only to be told they only give notes for the day of the procedure not the 5 days that you cant lift things

We waited close to 3 hrs to see him. Appt. was for 9:30 and I was there 15 min. early,staff said he always runs late after waiting an hr.and asking. We did not get to a room until 11:30 then waited a half hr. for him to come in. We were in there about 45 min. He is friendly and he answered my questions. Staff courteous.

Excellent doctor and a very good listener. Is diligent in finding the root cause of the problem. He is friendly, kind, considerate and patient regarding my concerns. I couldn't ask for a better doctor

Dr. Buchner is a wonderful , patient Dr. He takes his times and tries to get down to the root of the problem. He talks to you and listens and actually acts like he cares.

He is very friendly but getting into see him for a check up after surgery should not have to wait 4 month exspecaily when your results are not normal and ur in pain
