Dr. William Anderson, MD

Every time I've needed an appointment with Dr Anderson it takes several months to see him. I just tried to schedule an appointment with Dr Anderson and his next available is in August, which is over five months from now. Dr Anderson only works two days a week and apparently his schedule is impossibly full. I asked if there were any other doctors that could see me between now and then, and they said the other doctors are all booked through October, seven months from now. I go through this every time I have to see Dr Anderson.

My experience with this office has been disheartening. Initially, the care and attention were satisfactory, but they drastically declined after the first visit. Despite using MyChart for communication, addressing an issue with my CPAP machine's pressure turned into a frustrating two-month ordeal. During my October visit, the pressure was adjusted remotely, with the promise of easy adjustments through MyChart. However, when the pressure became unbearable, my attempts to reach out were met with silence. Multiple messages and calls over two months yielded no results until I received a call at the end of Jan. from a rude case manager, who couldn't assist me. She promised to follow up. Despite my follow-up messages, the situation remains unchanged. I've been unable to use my CPAP for 4 months. Consequently, I've decided to cancel my March appointment and seek care elsewhere. It's disheartening to feel neglected by a medical practice that should prioritize patient well-being.

Dr Anderson is a very straight forward doctor who answers questions and helps you understand your pulmonary disease.
