Dr.Victorina your the best Doctor at what you do. Always so pleasant and loving, my life is better because of you. I miss you so much if you wasn’t so far I would make every week. He makes you feel at easy in the middle of the storm, if not sure he always go the extra mile. Thank Dr. V. Miss you, James Rasta mon B.Pennsylvania.

Dr Victoria took his time with me and really listened to all of my concerns. Then, he took my concerns into consideration when planning my treatment plan. Between his bedside manner and his ability to listen, he eased all of my fears!

Dr Victorina is a warm and caring person. Very happy with him as my new doctor .

Dr. Victorina explains things very well and takes time with his patients. I like his approach. checking all tests and has explanations as to why and what. His people skills are outstanding.

He is an awesome doctor! Yes, you wait and wait for your appointment. Do you want someone who listens to you? Cares for you? Addresses all your concerns? Then, this is your guy and this is why you have to wait so long for your appointment. Everything about calling in and getting called back is true. He doesn't have great staff, but the doctor himself is an amazing physician! I have been to too many doctors to count in the last 20 years. This is your guy if you have not been able to be diagnosed or get help from anyone else.

My husband & I both saw Dr. Victorina. He spent over an hour with us between our examinations, reviewing our scans & answering our questions. He was one the most knowledgeable physicians I have ever met and definitely the most compassionate. He is a very good listener. I highly recommend this physician to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about you. His receptionist was professional, courteous and efficient. We waited not even 10 minutes to be seen.

If I could put zero stars, I would. I came in a few years back, because my thyroid was enlarged. This man had the audacity to tell me by the way my neck looked like that I had diabetes. I informed him that I was just at my family doctor and my blood work showed no diabetes. He then proceeded to tell me I was built like a fullback football player. When I left I was appalled and have never gone back.

Unfortunately he is moving and has closed his practice! Very devastating!

I love this man, he his so patient, caring, explains everything about your condition, and makes you feel like you are the most important patient he has, he treats everyone the same, so he runs a little late sometimes, but you know it is because all of his patients are very important to him. I have a thyroid condition, other doctors just gave me the synthetic meds, not caring about my symptoms while on them, only the TSH and T4 levels. Dr. Victorina gave me Armour Thyroid, I am now well.

I am not a patient, my parent is. From a transport persons stand point I would not recommend because the wait time is absolutely inexcusable! We were given an appointment time and then sit and wait 1 hour and 15 minutes until taken back to see Dr. Then it is another hour plus until we were able to leave. Completely inexcusable!!

Hours of operation vary from week to week and this is frustrating. Many times I call in when they should be open, and no one answers. I was told to get fasting blood work on 2 occasions and when I fasted and got to Quest Diagnostics, they did not have the order. Latest experience has been leaving 4 messages with NO response back. Most appointments I have gone in for, the Doctor has been an hour and sometimes longer late, which really is unacceptable.
