Very hard to get a message to Dr. Walker. If he gives you a prescription for meds, make sure he completes the script, by "SIGNING" it and being sure which instructions are checked, "Brand" or "Generic". Especially on the controlled meds. This is happening to me now. I tried to contact him and his office. I finally got in touch with a human voice. I explained the problem and stressed the need for quick action. I was told that all was taken care of electronically, and that she would contact Dr. Walker and the pharmacy would be contacted within twenty minutes. That was yesterday at 11:00 AM. Nothing has happened, I tried to call again to see if Dr. Walker had received my message, but the message system was full. I am out of meds as of Sunday. I start a new job on Monday. Hope I don't lose it by Tuesday. My GP suggested I go to Urgent Care, since Dr. Walker isn't taking calls. There has to be a better way!!!!
