Dr. Weston Young, DO

He was very easy to talk to. I didn't feel rushed on my appointment.

I have never had such a run around with a doctors office. During my visit Dr Young informed me he would need to get me a referral- he didn't have the knowledge to help me. I had no problem with that. He then referred me to another doctor. Turns out this doctor doesn't take new patients. 4 days later I call again about getting another doctor referral...office promises to call me back. No response for 4 more days. Called back again. They assign me to a referral to the PA of the doctor that doesn't see new patients. She declines the referral. 3 days later I call again..i am told that 'deby' the referral person would call me back that day. No call back. 2 days later I call again and get the run around from the receptionist who asks me to call another number. I call the new number and the same receptionist answers the phone. I am 2 weeks into this...and still have not heard back from anyone. Needless to say..its a 3 ring circus...try another doctor.

First visit Professional and friendly.

Dr. Young is very thorough and takes the time to hear about my health needs. He is the first Dr I have had for a long time that treats you like a human and not just a number. If you are looking for a doctor that cares and listens then make an appointment with Dr Young.

One of the biggest struggles I have had with doctors is I often feel like they do not truly take the time to listen to me, and are quick to make a snap decision and move along. I did NOT feel this way with Dr. Young. He spent way more time with me than I expected, listened to me, explained what he thought would be best, and ensured we were on the same page moving forward. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be returning to him for any future needs.

Dr. Young is prompt and provides clear direction and guidance. He’s the best primary care physician I have had.

I love that his practice is on an app that tells you who accepts your insurance so his practice was really easy to find. His staff contacted me the best day and schedule me for the following so it was really fast and easy.Dr. Young is a very kind person, he has a friendly presence and jokes around so he’s very personable while still being professional. He have be great recommendations for further treatment and still answered all my questions and was able to get me the medication I needed as well.He is very understanding and I’d recommend him to anyone.

I had a new patient visit with Dr. Young. He actively listened, was empathetic, and provided great suggestions. Looking forward to establishing Continuous care with him. Not sure about his medical assistant though. She came off rude and had no pleasantries, which is crucial for patients coming in with vulnerable conditions. The front desk staff was kind and easy to work with for scheduling.

Dr. Young took me in as a patient when I was at a very low point of my life and I just couldn’t seem to find a Doctor good enough for me.
