After a failed procedure with another doctor, I presented to Dr. Mayer. He was night and day compared to the other surgeon; filled with compassion, warmth, and hope. He carefully and patiently walked me through my diagnosis, options, and the possibilities going forward. The respect and genuine care provided to me by Dr. Mayer is by far and away better than any other doctors visit I’ve ever had. He made the hardest time in my life much better; I’ve had worse experiences with other doctors for simple conditions such as a flu. That’s saying a lot! God bless this man in Jesus’ name forever and ever. Thank you doctor!!!!!

I have been seeing DR Mayer since 2017. He's thorough, extremely friendly and personable, and has a great bedside manner. Always follows up with me after surgery or even after a procedure such as a biopsy. Always answers my MyChart messages immediately and is very gentle when exercising procedures especially the very invasive ones. He's the best as far as I'm concerned! Both my wife and I are his patients.

Dr. Mayer is by far the best urologist that I have seen. The best bed side manners, comprehensive, caring. He makes you feel at home and is genuine in showing you that he will do everything possible to make your journey as passive & smooth as possible. Will explain to you and put your worries at ease. Would recommend him to all my family and friends.

It's been several years since he removed my kidney-he's still the best doctor I've ever gone to-he's so intelligent and knowledgeable, thoroughly discusses all options, yet he is very compassionate-a rare combination. You can be sure you'll get the best medical care possible if you go to him.

My first appointment a few months ago left me shocked... but in a good way. I am 60, and have had urological problems almost my entire adult life. I truly think he would move mountains to try to avoid surgery. Dr. Mayer keeps up with the developments in his field, and has an amazingly thorough approach. He is kind and compassionate, and although I'm too much of a wise guy to need the "sensitive" side of a physician, he could give that as well. Best doctor ever for me... hands down!!!

As far as I'm concerned this is the man for you if you need a urologist. He's extremely thorough and very compassionate and friendly. He takes the time needed with you and truly cares about each and everyone of his patients. He explains everything in detail and makes sure his patients understand the situation.
