Dr. Wesley Fleming, MD

I've rarely met a doctor who is so invested in his patients' well-being. He demonstrates compassion, spends the necessary time, and engages thoughtfully with patient questions and concerns. I'm the son of a doctor and a nurse, so I've known many physicians in my life. I can tell you that in this age of insurance-driven treatment decisions and slow reimbursements, Dr. Fleming has managed to continue to practice with a focus on patients reminiscent of the days when doctors' offices didn't feel like the factories they've become today.

World Class Facility. Dr. Flemming is in a group of the best Doctors in the States. I’ve had 30+ Surgeries and think I know who’s good and who’s not. A+

Great Dr Inpossible to get a person to ever answer the phone.

Excellent physician and it's a bonus that Dr. Fleming is a neurologist. He's a very caring and compassionate physician who really takes the time to evaluate your condition.

Dr Fleming's clinic (Sleep Center OC) is a terrible place! They abused the medical insurance system by over-treatment and over-charge. I had a CPAP before and just wanted to update it. Instead of renewing the prescription for a new CPAP, they insisted to perform in clinic sleep-over tests, not once but three times and billed insurance for thousands of dollars. , the office NEVER answers telephone calls. They claimed to answer the phone messages in 24 hours, but seldom did.

Do not return call.

I would not send anyone to this office. They are not at all concerned with trying to be helpful to their patients. They don't even answer the phone half the time (actually, more than half the time judging by my many calls to make an appointment that went to voicemail). I arrived once 3 minutes after their cutoff and was sent away, not even with checking with the Dr. They don't care about anything but collecting the money there. There's more but not enough space to even spell it all out.

Dr.Fleming is a very compassionate doctor and helped me a lot but his staff is another matter. The so called Denise you leave messages for I think is a ghost. Never returning calls and the staff seems like they don't care . Dr.Fleming use to have a great staff when I first started going there but since this other Doctor has joined forget it. Really sad I thought I was going to a place that really cared. Unfortunately because of his staff I would not recommend him if you want to get help.
