Telehealth
During my visit, the doctor complained to me about the clinic being severely understaffed and extremely busy. Even as a patient, I was made to feel guilty about my complicated medical issues. I was interruped/talked over many times and felt like I was a burden to the doctor and a waste of time. I haven't had a necessary medication for months (which has caused side effects) due to the office's repeated failure to communicate with any outside medical facility. I am concerned for the well being of other endocrinology patients, as well as myself, in terms of a possible neglect in patient care.

Dr. Huang was the kind of endocrinologist I look for. He's extremely knowledgeable and explains everything. He may not be the most warm doctor, and I don't need him to sugar coat anything, so that was fine with me. He found a lump on my thyroid that was malignant, was more than gracious when I told him I'd do my treatment at a different hospital due to my oncologist and surgeon being there, and then with open arms accepted me visiting again for a second opinion. I have faith in his recommendatio

A very kind and capable physican. What I found best, besides the fact that he explains everything so clearly, is that besides being a doctor he is also engaged in cutting edge research. You really feel that he is there for you.
