Friendly staff but this doctor has a terrible bedside manner. She doesn’t want to be bothered honestly. If it’s not easy for her, if you don’t fit into a neat little box, then away with you. Dismissive. Abrupt. Insensitive. Borderline incompetent. Do not go to this person. She won’t help you. Because she doesn’t want to.

Dr Conway weight shamed me during my appointments. I'll never forget it. She was generally unsupportive, condescending and unprofessional. I can't believe she's teaching medical students.

Dr Wendy Conway is a well respected ob/gyn who I saw several times for prenatal care before she attempted to deliver my baby. While she is certainly knowledgeable and capable she lacks entirely in empathy and intuition. While having such an important role in a woman's experience of giving birth- she was at times indifferent, sarcastic, and cold. I wish she had never been there. If you are looking for a labor/delivery drill sergeant with better things to do, I recommend Dr. Conway.

Dr. Conway moved back to Vermont in 2014 after serving in the military overseas for 7 years.  She spent almost 2 years at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center before accepting a position with the University of Vermont Medical Center in November 2015.
