He has treated my boyfriend for the past almost 3 years and he has been remarkable he is very compassionate very communicate and even on his vacation time you can email him and responds right away I couldn't ask for a better doctor

The BEST of my father's 7 plus specialists
Dr. Tong is simply the best. My aging father has 7 plus different specialists and very complicated health. Dr. Tong is the only one that has proven he truly cares and takes the time to understand global as well as micro issues he goes through. Not only is he extremely knowledgable, he actually takes the time to read my father's very complicated chart, as well as call other out of town specialists to understand his case. This really impressed me and he has earned my respect repetitively over the course of my father seeing him for the past 2 plus years. I cannot recommend Dr. Tong enough. He has incredible follow through and the best bedside manner I've ever seen. He absolutely stands out as very different than anyone in the medical industry.

This office is terrible. We waited over a month for treatment for my father who waa given 2 months to live. The took fire ever to submit to insurance, e seen when we called from MD Anderson in n phoenix on a Thursday about a treatment that would take 3 days for insurance to approve. The treatment was scheduled for the following Thursday, the office didn't even call insurance to submit until 1 day before the treatment was to happen. My father is dying because they can't do their jobs.
