One of the worst experiences of my life..I am primary caregiver for My mother and the office said I needed to make appt for myself to have paperwork filled out for her. He verbally scolded me saying my mother should be there not me and he won’t risk his license for me. I just needed FMLA paperwork filled and left in tears

I’ve been with Dr Kao for over a year now. I find him and is staff to be top notch and on top of their game always. Great people to be around they don’t treat you like just a number.

I am very happy with Dr. Kao. I usually see the PA Nicole and couldn’t be more satisfied she is very thorough, spends time every visit, listens and explains.

When my doctor of 25 years retired a friend recommended Dr. Kao. I have many medical issues so I needed a doctor who was knowledgeable, understanding, caring and available. I have been seeing Dr. Kao about 7 years now and am completely satisfied. He is everything I was looking for and more. He really cares about his patients medically and personally. All his staff are excellent. If I am sick and can't get an appointment with Dr. Kao that day I can always get an appointment with one of the PAs

I have never actually seen Dr. Kao so this is not directed at him but apparently you need to be super specific about what you want tested when going for an annual physical or they change you for all kinds of tests. The dr I saw recently ordered a $1700 respiratory test when I thought I had the flu, my insurance company said it's a test that is usually ordered for ppl with a history of respiratory problems...I have none. Also, no one there ever gets back to you when you bring up a billing problem

I've always found Dr. Kao to be friendly, caring and most of all, knowledgeable. I trust Dr. Kao with my life and I don't give it a second thought. He's also a nice guy. I look forward to my visits with him.
