I’ve seen this doctor twice in the last couple of years for neuropathy below my knees. No prognosis. No next steps. No path to improving my condition. Just dished out medicine. I was going reluctantly for a third time because my primary care doctor recommended I see him again because my last visit I had mentioned general numbness in my groin which he blew off and said that wasn’t why I was referred to him. It took 2 months to get on his calendar. I received a text message reminder the day before my appointment, but when I showed up they didn’t have me in the system and asked me to come back a week later. I actually saw him running out the door while I was in the waiting room. He may have been a good doctor once, but those days are in the distant past. Don’t waste your time with him.

Hopeful
Dr Ibrahim has been a blessing in my life, after struggling for 6 months and ending up in a wheelchair he was able to provide me the appropriate treatment and I am walking and improving in just a few weeks after my first visit. He listened, he explained. was knowledgeable, kind and gave me a sense of hope. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Ibrahim and wish I could have seen him sooner opposed to the previous Neurologist that did absolutely nothing for me. The appointment with Dr Ibrahim was far out but it has been so worth my wait and patience to have him trea me

Dr. Ibrahim changed my life by recommending a drug for my restless legs. For the first time in years, I can sleep hard through the whole night. He is patient, caring, very smart, he gave me ALL the time I needed and never rushed me. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes in the lobby and then just a couple of minutes in the room. I got a new patient appointment in just 2 weeks instead of months.

I was referred by another doctor to help analyze my diagnosis. I was very surprised to get an appointment the same week I called. Big plus there. I was very happy with Dr. Ibrahim, he made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and explained my condition. We set up a plan for treatment, and I never felt rushed. Another plus. As for his staff they were all professional to me. But I felt they could have been a little more courteous to the woman that was after me asking for help to feel out her paperwork. I felt for confidentiality I would have expected them to take her into the room and help her answer her questions so everyone in the lobby didn't hear her information.

Dr. Ibrahim has saved my life. I have been coming to see Dr. Ibrahim for 20 years, when I first came to him I couldn't function properly and he diagnosed me right away. He has given me the proper care for me to survive and without his proper diagnosis I wouldn't be here today.

First went to Dr. Ibrahim because of his excellent rating in Inland Empire magazine. I'm delighted that I did. He listens carefully, asks questions to make sure he understands fully, explains clearly, and is pleasant and respectful in the way he treats me. I was so pleased with his care that my sister also went to him. Again, very insightful and a great help.

I received a referral from my doctor's physician assistant to see Dr. Ibrahim. I have nominal aphasia symptoms, balance issues, and syncope. I also have troubles sleeping. When I spoke to the receptionist on the phone to make an appointment, she made her own diagnosis without a physician's license. Then, she prohibited me from making an appointment.

When I initially went to schedule my appointment I was told that I would be able to get in around the (17th) 3 weeks after by initial appointment. It took them 4 days to get an appointment because first they needed my notes and then once they received them I never got a call and they deleted them after 24 hours. Once I was able to get an appointment they called the day before to say it needed to be rescheduled. After I tried to get an Afternoon appointment, Yolanda became irritated and hung up o

I have been a patient for approximately 10 years and have always received quality care from Dr. Ibrahim. Over that time, he has met my needs in regards to appointments and medication. Most important, he handled my condition professionally and to the best of his ability. Seizure activity minimal to almost absent. Thanks to treatment received from Dr. Ibrahim.

I'm 92 years old and the patience they had with me was unparalleled. I truly feel they cared about my well being. Thank you dearly Dr. Ibrahim and all your great staff. Elizabeth S.

He is both medically skilled and also attentive to patient's symptoms and needs. His manner is professional, focused, attentive, calm, and gentle. He diagnosed my MS after 4 other neurologists didn't, in 2 states and across a decade in time (1997-2007). I'm grateful to have found him and would recommend him to anyone.

He is a caring, gentle man. He is patient and listens carefully. He phrases questions to seek clarity rather than to impress and distance. He is an excellent diagnostician He spells out treatment options clearly, concisely, and in ways that are understandable. After seeing a fairly large number of physicians in large medical centers during the last sixty years, he is one of the few that I wouldn't mind having a conversation with over a cup of coffee to discuss something besides my health issues

I would research your own neurological condition first before wasting your time going to this doctor as he may not know much about your condition. You could end up worse off and waste your time. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Dr Ibrahim is wonderful. His office staff (nurse) is unfriendly and does not follow through with refills, phone calls or medical authorizations to insurance . This is not a one time thing.... It's an ongoing issue.
