Dr. Warren Morgan, MD

I've seen Dr. Morgan a few times. In a nutshell, find someone else. He doesn't listen well and runs over your words when talking. Asked if tests were done when he requested the tests months ago. reviewed them. Never did what he said he would do to follow up with a referring doctor. His response. I was too busy. What? 'You seem fine'. Pay your co-pay. Done. I was steaming when they asked me for a follow-up. I walked out of the office.

You may value your time but Dr. Morgan does not. I waited in the exam room for 60 minutes and then left! I told nurse I would wait 1 hour and then was leaving. She offered no excuses when I left, looked very embarrassed, and then asked me if I’d like to make another appointment!! REALLY???

I have never had an appointment with a Dr. or professional that felt like such a waste of time and money. We paid cash to take our son to see Dr. Morgan and left feeling very discouraged and will be going elsewhere for your follow up. We waited 1.5 hours past our appointment time just for him to come in and give us maybe three minutes. Looked at my son and prescribed antibiotics then said come back in three weeks and left. I couldn’t even get a word in before he was out of the room. He didn’t take any time to listen to me, or my son, get his history or discuss possible solutions. Maybe we caught him and his office on a bad day but we will be going elsewhere for further treatment. I’m so upset we waisted so much time and money.

No one answers the phone. Leave a message leave a message leave a message. Can’t find out about apptmts - stayed on phone 1 1/2 hours trying to confirm apptmt. I don’t call this efficient or service. Cannot deal with such inefficiently. Sick of listening to same message over and over 100 times Sickening

Having been a patient of Dr. Morgan's for over 3 years, we chose him to do our 4 year olds tonsil/adenoidectomy. You can say our daughter is a "miracle baby" so we trusted Dr. Morgan for this operation. He was absolutely the perfect choice and we couldn't be happier with the results. He was upfront, professional, and comforting during the whole process. We didn't take the decision to do this procedure lightly but we wouldn't go with anyone else if we had to do it all over again. We Highly recommend him for yourself or for your child's needs.

I have been seeing Dr. Morgan for several years now. Even though I could go to another Ent closer to my home, he is worth the drive. He is very compassionate, detailed and goes the extra step for his patients. Highly recommend!

Dr. Morgan listens to you, answers all questions, is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients.

Dr. Morgan shows great care and concern and listens very well, then explains clearly. Hgreatly improved my quality of life. I first went in with something seeming to be stuck in my throat. We discussed several options, and I chose medication with later endoscopy if needed. He called me on a Saturday morning to check how I was doing. When I went later with other problems, he suggested allergy tests. The injections have greatly decreased my number of illnesses. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Dr. Morgan is an excellent Doctor. My son was his patient from the time he was an infant to age 4. He also did the surgery for tubes in his ears when he was a year old. Since then his ear infections improved or didn't occur anymore. He continues to do well.

He is extremely knowledgeable, good listener and explained everything I wanted to know. I like him.
