this is the second time I have come to CIO for treatment at the walk-in clinic and was provided care by Dr. Lawless. He was kind, professional and thorough. I believe I received excellent care. I’m feeling much better just two days after my visit.

Dr Lawless explains everything throughly and gives a patient options. He functions in a professional and caring manner.

My son fractured his finger so I took him as a walk in patient and there was no really long waiting time till we were seen. They we're very helpful and listened to all my concerns and made things very easy and Dr. Was very nice and knew how to treat a patient that is a child.

Quick efficient snd thorough

Dr. Lawless was great with my 5yo. He talked to her in ways she could understand and listened to what she had to say. We will definitely be back to see Dr. Lawless for any orthopedic needs! The office staff was also very kind and great to work with.

I saw Dr Lawless in the walk in clinic for a shoulder injury. He was very pleasant, knowledge and listened to what I had to say. I didn't feel rushed and felt he gave me the time I needed. I would recommend Dr Lawless.

I returned to CIO because the experience I had yrs ago was nothing short of professional and kindness from all. Dr. Lawless and staff, same! I admit, I wasn’t sure I could go through this. I had 2 injections in my thumb to relieve arthritis pain. I had been told for weeks from several who had this done that it was the worst pain they had ever experienced, Obviously they didn’t see Dr. Lawless! He explained to me why I was having the pain, how the medication works and what to expect days/weeks after etc, and other options if I really couldn’t go through with it. He told me also just because others felt this didn’t mean I would. Though no promises I wouldn’t feel something..I felt NO pain, just a bit of pressure. I worried weeks for nothing, he truly is the best at what he does. I’ve been told by several he was good, he’s the best! The pain that has kept me up nights for a very long time is gone!
