Dr. Wanda is an ignorant doctor without any empathy. It's very sad that you don't provide humanistic care in your clinic and emergency room. I will be reporting what happened yesterday when seeing my daughter Jason, the doctor was RUDE and didn't respect my daughter's gender identity. READ my daughter.

I asked for my regular appointment to be rescheduled due to cornavirus as i'm not sick. They insisted I must come in for blood work to continue on medication that does not need regular blood work. I'm not on lithium !!!! They insisted it was safe as they were taking temps and not accepting sick patients. HMMM how many people don't have symptoms for 14 days and are still spreading it????. My orthopedic surgeon said don't come in unless absolutely necessary!!! It wasn't he just refilled my prescription with no issues. They insisted if I didn't come in they'd cut me off on my medications. Complete bs Its all about money SAD. I have reported her to memorial hermann and was recommended to report her to the medical board....I Will

I scheduled a new patient appointment 2 weeks out, I completed all of my new patient paperwork prior to the visit and still arrived early and found that I was NOT on the schedule. They told me I could see the Nurse Practitioner and I was good with that since all I needed was to get a refill of my blood pressure meds. and blood work. The NP, Candice, was great! Then I checked out and they tried to charge me $300 when my copay is $30. I'm crying and done! And hangry!

I've been to her office 3 times. The 2nd visit I was there waiting for over 2 hours and she spent approx 2 minutes with me; I walked out infuriated. On visit # 3 it took 1 1/2 hours before even seeing her face. I feel bad for the nurses that have to deal with her angry patients after we have been unjustly inconvenienced by making us waste ridiculous amounts of Our time by making us wait. I've been told she schedules 2 patients for every 15 minutes. I like her, but Be Prepared to Wait a LONG time

Won't bother seeing you if your on specific prescription medications, without saying why. Seems somewhat like discrimination. That being said is the reason why everything is one star.
