I waited over 40 mins to see him. I was in for a follow up after physical therapy on my knee and my neck. He did not read the report from the therapist prior to my visit nor while I was there. He told me unless my insurance would pay for a surgical procedure there was absolutely nothing medically he could do to help me at all. Instructed me to get a job. Refused to provide care within the realms of the insurance I had.

Caring professional. Takes time to give comprehensive explanation regarding presenting problem. Fell and went to emergency care center. Treated for a sprain. Saw Dr. James and he diagnosed two ankle fractures Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent orthopedist.
