Poor communications!
I've been going there for close to 3 years. The office wait times are terrible. They perform test but make you come back 2 weeks later, to dicuss, thus padding insurance billing. They do not offer a patient portal, and you can't get anyone to return a phone call, even after leaving multiple messages. Their answering machine states, 'a return call by the end of business day'. Never happens. They also don't offer Telehealth appointments.

Dr. Saber did some vascular work on both of my legs and still is doing work. He has been very professional, courteous and very kind. I am very grateful to this fine doctor and his wonderful staff. The office and rooms are very clean. The staff have always been very kind and professional to me. I would recommend Dr. Walid Saber's office to anyone needing any kind of vein work. All I can say is Thank you very much Dr. Saber

I have been going here for a few years, and have very little to complain about. Dr. Saber is a caring physician, with good medical staff. The office and rooms are nice. The Woonsocket office is in a good location, with plenty of parking. It was difficult in the past to reach them for appointments, to either make or change them, but I think they have improved in that area, or are trying to.

The visit was fine and everything went well. On leaving the receptionist mentioned he had three more procedures scheduled. I said I haven't heard anything about that. The patient was my husband. I asked if the Doctor could see me or call me and was told no, he didn't talk to patients. Needless to say we left.

Dr. Saber did some vascular work on both of my legs. He was professional, courteous and very kind. As well he took the time to diagnose another unrelated serious medical issue unrelated to his own specialty. His quick action and sound recommendation was wonderful and he made sure I was properly cared for. I am very grateful to this fine doctors r and his wonderful staff.

Long story shortened - My father was seeing Dr. Saber for months because his foot hurt and sores were appearing. Two ultrasounds were done, both times Dr. Saber said that "blood flow was good" and nothing needed to be done. Sores got worse. My father saw another vascular surgeon who found severe blockages - surgery was done, 4 stents and an aneurysm was repaired. My father still lost 2 toes on the foot. All this only weeks after Dr. Saber said that everything seemed fine. He was quite wrong.
