Dr. Jaziri rarely conducts appointments himself, and when he does he is significantly late (sometimes hours) or changes the appointment time without notice. In 8 months, Dr. Jaziri has never done an evaluation of me. He has not assessed my symptoms, and consistently puts in my medical notes that there are "no symptoms of depression or anxiety" despite me expressing suicidal ideation and being in his care specifically for PTSD, major depression and anxiety panic disorder. After nearly 7 months, I found out that the office "had no record" of my past medications or genetic testing, despite my previous psychiatrist hand delivering the information to them. This was only discovered by me after questioning the prescription of a medication I felt I should not be taking. He also would often ask me to remind him what medications I take, or how TMS treatments were going, despite me having finished months prior. This man is here for a paycheck and nothing more.

Kelly Jaziri has been treating me since 2019. I came to her office for a second opinion after a negative experience with a rude and incompetent psychiatrist in New London. She performed a full psychological evaluation on me (something my previous psychiatrist had not done) and has been thorough and patient during every appointment we have ever had to date. She has helped me tremendously with every mental health challenge i have ever faced - from panic attacks to severe depression, to social anxiety, workplace difficulties, and most recently trauma symptoms from a mentally and emotionally abusive romantic partner. I moved to central Connecticut last year and I no longer live near Dr. Jaziri’s practice but she continues to treat me over the phone. I will never use another psychiatrist again. I can attest from a lifetime of experience that the mental health system in this country is badly broken with very few decent doctors. Kelly Jaziri is in the business because she cares.

Office manager is a condescending and ignorant. Doesn't know her job at al and has no personality. Must know someone "personally to hold the position she has. Cause it certainly isn't her personality or knowledge.

The office staff is friendly and if you are a regular patient they will do their best to accommodate your schedule even add you in for same day. Dr Jaziri has called in meds when I was to sick to go in and explained my medication thoroughly.

He spends very little time with you. You wait a very long time in the waiting room . I have regularly been over an hour waiting after my scheduled appointment. I also think having to pay over 120$ for an appt that lasts 4 minutes and you get the same scripts every month for a very balanced patient is exorbitant. My last Dr. Wrote 3 month scripts. Dr Jaziri insists you get seen once a month for an appointment even when balance on the same meds for years.
