I have seen him at the SNVA in Vegas. He is aloof and standoffish, did not address my problems and seemed only to want to finish with me so he could move on to someone else. This happened twice.

Seen twice at V A Hospital in Las Vegas. He was distant and uncaring. Wanting basically nothing more than 'give a blood sample' 'do you need your meds renewed', see you in a year. Both times basically ignored questions about skin rash and certain localized pains.
